Born in Balıkesir in 1960, Topçu graduated from Ankara Gazi High School in 1978, followed by the Faculty of Dentistry at Ankara Gazi University. Throughout his career, he has worked at private practices in Ankara, Amasya, and Antalya, as well as at state hospitals and dental hospitals. By working with different institutions, diverse patient profiles, and a wide range of clinical cases, he has gained extensive professional experience. Continuing his professional development on an international level, Topçu has closely followed innovations in dentistry by attending congresses and scientific meetings held in various European countries. Through his active work at international fairs held in Europe, he has also contributed to promoting Turkey abroad. His clinical approach is based on accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment planning. When necessary, he consults with specialist physicians from different branches to evaluate his patients from a holistic perspective.
